I’ll learn about you, how your pregnancy is going, what you’re looking for, and your experience with yoga. We'll schedule your first session. We’ll review yoga poses together and you’ll learn how to stay safe doing them. We’ll design a customized practice tailored to your changing body during pregnancy, life, and needs. We’ll schedule follow-up sessions depending on your time, needs, and constraints. We can even work together to find Prenatal group classes.
2nd Trimester
We’ll review your practice from the first trimester. We’ll discuss any new health concerns and body changes. We’ll update your practice based on what’s happening now. We’ll schedule follow-ups depending on your time, needs, and constraints. We’ll make sure the Prenatal classes we found are working for you and discuss any prenatal resources you may want.
3rd Trimester
We’ll review your previous practice and make the appropriate changes. We’ll work on poses that can help during labor. We’ll discuss your postnatal yoga and potential physical therapy options after being cleared by your medical team.
