Pelvic Floor

Your Journey through the Pelvic Floor with Yoga

For Men and Woman

The pelvic floor supports our bladder, rectum, and uterus or prostate. The muscles that comprise the pelvic floor need to be strong yet flexible. Just as incontinence does not have to be a byproduct of pregnancy and delivery, pelvic pain is pain we can get help for.

I’ll learn about you, any symptoms, your history with pelvic pain, any possible causes for your pain.
I'll support you and offer suggested resources including books, articles, and physical therapy.

We'll schedule your first session.
We’ll review yoga poses together and you’ll learn how to stay safe doing them.
We’ll design a customized practice tailored to your body and pain challenges.
We’ll schedule follow-up sessions depending on your time, needs, and constraints.
