There is nothing comparable to being a new mom. It's amazing and it's also physically and emotionally exhausting. We'll work together so that at least you can be as physically comfortable as possible.
Resting and healing are important during the first 6 weeks postpartum. Once you are cleared by your Midwife or Doctor we'll set up a postnatal yoga practice. We'll review safe poses to practice at home. We'll also review safe poses to practice in studio classes.
